Posted On: 10/21/2019 Dr. Nguyen and his staff are top notch! I had an injury over 25 years ago that resulted in slight cracks in my two front teeth. Well those cracks progressed over the years and now I needed crowns on both teeth! I was horrified what the outcome would be. Dr. Nguyen assured me all would be great. He showed me pictures of his prior work which were were impressive. This office has state of the art technology. Today was the big reveal of my lab created front teeth. I never feel pressured into any treatment. I get texts, alerts or calls from the office for reminders. Which is great! I sometimes forget to reply (thankfully they didn’t cancel my appointment 😬) I love the renovation to the office! Posted On: 10/02/2019 Dr.Nguyen and his staff are amazing!!! Best dentist in Fallbrook, plus the office is always super clean. The hygienist Caroline that works there is the best around! She really takes the time to give her patient’s the care and information they need before meeting with Dr.Nguyen. The receptionist is overly friendly and bends over backward to make your insurance company cover your treatment. Overall, I am beyond happy with my treatments and cleaning. Posted On: 09/17/2019 I started going here for over 4 years now and never had any issues. From simple cleaning to braces, they help me the entire way. They are very, professional and friendly. Today, I came in for root canel and crown for one of my font tooth, doctor Nguyen and his assistant were gentle throughout the whole process and only took less 2 hours. I loved my new smile 😀. Posted On: 09/03/2019 Last time I was there, the staff forgot to ask me if I had taken my antibiotics before coming in for my teeth cleaning. I realize I should be aware of that Responsibility myself, but as a back up, because taking the antibiotics are so serious, they should always ask the patient if they took their antibiotics as instructed before working on me.

They had acquired a new software program for the office, and we’re asking me to fill out the new forms. I was a little Disappointed they asked me thisbecause when buying this new program, they Could havehad the ability to transfer all of my old data over automatically to the new software program without my having to Take time out of my busy day too spend time that could’ve been easily done without my Needing to My time to fix something that could’ve been done easily by the supplier of the new software.

Dr. Nguyen, sometimes it’s necessary for the leader to drill down into the activities of your teams to make sure that they Have the Patient foremost in mind and are not causing them inconvenience that can be avoided.

Posted On: 09/02/2019 It’s been two years since I go to dr Nguyen’s dentist office. Over all this time, my experience with Caroline, my hygienist is excellent. She is very friendly and she does an outstanding job. I was very impressed about how fast Dr Nguyen took me in when my temporary crown fell off. He replaced it and I was out in half an hour. He is very knowledgeable, explains well the situation and very through. The whole stuff is super friendly, and professional.

Posted On: 08/28/2019 Dr. Nguyen took over the practice which Dr. Helms had for many decades. I grew up always as a loyal patient of Dr. Helms, so when the practice went up for sale I was worried about would replace this very reliable, knowledgeable, and expert who was really good at his job and has watched me grow up. Immediately, Dr. Nguyen dispelled my fears by showing he already had some of the best education around and was on top of the latest technologies and treatments in dentistry. He has a wealth of knowledge which he happily shares and uses to get you the best next step of care, whether it is a procedure he will do, or referring to a colleague who is among the best in San Diego's periodontry networks. This assures the patient and reduces anxiety. I drive 100 miles round trip from Riverside because I am happy to see my old childhood dentistry, now with Dr. Nguyen sitting at the helm. He is a modern master in knowledge of the latest proven treatments to anything dental, but also is conservative enough to spend most of his practice in the comfortable usual treatments and ways of maintaining dental hygiene and health I have no intention of changing at all and have been thrilled by Dr. Nguyen's ability to perform state of the art treatments and to have a network of top oral surgeons, each regarded in their fields as the best, each fluent on their own in the best and latest alternatives to older, problematic therapies and surgeries. Posted On: 08/28/2019 Like many people, I had never had a good experience with a dentist. It always felt like the financial arrangement was the priority over the quality of care I was being provided. In addition to that, the level of pain I was always forced to deal with was unacceptable. As a result, I did my best to avoid staying on track with my dental care. Everything was explained to me and the procedure went without a glitch. Dr. Nguyen and his team of professionals provide excellent and competent care. Posted On: 08/12/2019 Broke my tooth late Saturday night and left a message to see if I could be seen on Sunday. Was contacted the same night and scheduled for an emergency visit on Sunday. My tooth had to be extracted to avoid further issues with my teeth and mouth. Thanks for making this emergency visit happen on a weekend when the office is normally closed.
