Posted On: 04/25/2018 Truly great service, I came in with an emergency and got a root canal the same day, walked out with Instant relief. I was able to eat/drink hot or cold foods plus a goodnight sleep! Special thanks to Justin M. Nguyen he took great care of my teeth very considerate of teeth pain and made sure that I felt minimal pain. He also made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process , Susel did a great job explaining the steps and assisting my root canal. I would highly recommend anyone to make a Apt. visit if looking to do so Alejandra will happily work with you to get you in ASAP!!! Don't live in pain go see DR. Nguyen and get you life back like I did!!!

This is a laid-back dental office. I'm not dental-phobic, but for those who are, you couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to have your procedures done. Absolutely recommend this dental office. Posted On: 02/13/2018 They don't try to push you to do unnecessary work. They have a very nice looking office. Pleasant staff and great hygienist that doubled checked to make sure there was nothing on my teeth! They worked on cleaning my mouth for about 45 minutes. Most other dentist it's more about 25 minutes and the deep cleaning they push on you is usually less than 45 minutes. My cleaning now feels better than a deep cleaning at another office that was nickle and dining me. I love this place. I am glad I found such a wonderful dental place! Posted On: 01/31/2018 I have been going to this dental office for nearly 20 years under dr. Montague so needless to say I was a little nervous when he sold the business to Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen and his staff have been terrific, this last cleaning probably the best. The hygienist explained a great deal to me about my oral health, even showed me pictures of what i was doing to my teeth. I appreciated that tremendously. Posted On: 10/19/2017 I was recently out of state when I developed a toothache on the weekend. I called Dr Nguyen's office & on the recording, they give his cell # in case of emergency. I called, left a message & Dr Nguyen immediately got back to me & called in a prescription which helped considerably. Today, I went to his office to be sure nothing showed on an x-ray & to be sure I was ok. All is ok thanks to him. He is wonderful & enabled me to continue to enjoy my time on our trip. Posted On: 10/03/2017 He may be a good dentist but hold on to your wallet. Sent my wife in for a cleaning and she left with a $270 bill!. The cleaning was $96. the office visit was $39 and they decided on their own to do a complete set of Xrays for a cost of about $140. (Did not ask for this). All we wanted was a cleaning. She's been there before and was charged only for the cleaning.
This is like hiring a gardener to mow your lawn for $100. When you go to pay the bill he says that he decided to scope out the entire property (not something you asked for) and gives you an additional bill for $140. Then he also charges you $39 just for showing up.
Its too bad they gouge you for their services. Anyone would agree that $270 is a bit much for a 20 minute cleaning visit. I guess it would be different if we had insurance but we are retired on a fixed income and can't afford to go back there.
I called for an explanation once I received the bill and the receptionist was defensive and unfriendly. Beware. Carl Wilson C website Logo Google Review
Posted On: 09/27/2017 My wife and I have been a patients of Dr. Nguyen since he opened his doors in Fallbrook. For several years I had taken mediocre care of my teeth and I knew that there would be consequences as time went on. When those consequences arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I did not have to listen to a lecture or be put on a guilt trip. Dr. Nguyen and his staff laid out a simple plan for the different procedures needed. I was not pressured into a time table to get things done and I elected to do them a bit at a time. All of those procedures are behind me now and my teeth are doing very well. I would do it all again just the way things worked out. I was very happy with the delicate work done by Caroline and her meticulous efforts to eliminate all pain during the periodontal scaling procedure. Susel was very professional as she assisted Dr. Nguyen with other procedures. Dr. Nguyen performed only the work that I truly needed. He is a true professional and very personable. Posted On: 09/22/2017 I'm glad my former dentist introduced me to Dr. Nguyen. Now, my dentist for the past four years, Dr. Nguyen and his assistant, Susel are the best in town. They make your visit comfortably pleasant. Recently as promised, Dr. Nguyen completed my dental work plus implants within six months and the results are just great . . . very satisfied. Posted On: 08/10/2017 We moved to Fallbrook, CA after retirement a few years ago. We love Fallbrook which is peaceful, friendly, beautiful weather, but we had to challenge to find the great dentist in town. We tried 3 different dentists last 5 years and were not happy at all. Because some dentist was not honest, and others ruined our teeth after visits. Until we discovered Dr. Nguyen in Fallbrook. He explained in details our conditions and gave recommendations which worked perfectly for us. I had crown done and it was amazing experiences of Dr. Nguyen and his assistant Susel. I felt like I have new tooth without going through any troubles. Dental hygienist Caroline is very thorough, careful, gentle to keep our teeth in good condition. Front desk staff Allie who is friendly and keeps track of appointments and billings accurately. I would like to share our wonderful experiences with others who are looking for good dentist who is knowledgeable, skillfull, honest with friendly staff.
