Dr Nguyen and his staff are, without a doubt, the best dental organization, that I have ever used. Posted On: 09/02/2019 It’s been two years since I go to dr Nguyen’s dentist office. Over all this time, my experience with Caroline, my hygienist is excellent. She is very friendly and she does an outstanding job. I was very impressed about how fast Dr Nguyen took me in when my temporary crown fell off. He replaced it and I was out in half an hour. He is very knowledgeable, explains well the situation and very through. The whole stuff is super friendly, and professional.

Posted On: 08/28/2019 Dr. Nguyen took over the practice which Dr. Helms had for many decades. I grew up always as a loyal patient of Dr. Helms, so when the practice went up for sale I was worried about would replace this very reliable, knowledgeable, and expert who was really good at his job and has watched me grow up. Immediately, Dr. Nguyen dispelled my fears by showing he already had some of the best education around and was on top of the latest technologies and treatments in dentistry. He has a wealth of knowledge which he happily shares and uses to get you the best next step of care, whether it is a procedure he will do, or referring to a colleague who is among the best in San Diego's periodontry networks. This assures the patient and reduces anxiety. I drive 100 miles round trip from Riverside because I am happy to see my old childhood dentistry, now with Dr. Nguyen sitting at the helm. He is a modern master in knowledge of the latest proven treatments to anything dental, but also is conservative enough to spend most of his practice in the comfortable usual treatments and ways of maintaining dental hygiene and health I have no intention of changing at all and have been thrilled by Dr. Nguyen's ability to perform state of the art treatments and to have a network of top oral surgeons, each regarded in their fields as the best, each fluent on their own in the best and latest alternatives to older, problematic therapies and surgeries. Posted On: 08/28/2019 Like many people, I had never had a good experience with a dentist. It always felt like the financial arrangement was the priority over the quality of care I was being provided. In addition to that, the level of pain I was always forced to deal with was unacceptable. As a result, I did my best to avoid staying on track with my dental care. Everything was explained to me and the procedure went without a glitch. Dr. Nguyen and his team of professionals provide excellent and competent care. Posted On: 08/12/2019 Broke my tooth late Saturday night and left a message to see if I could be seen on Sunday. Was contacted the same night and scheduled for an emergency visit on Sunday. My tooth had to be extracted to avoid further issues with my teeth and mouth. Thanks for making this emergency visit happen on a weekend when the office is normally closed. Posted On: 08/04/2019 Dr. Nguyen and his office staff are caring and professional, making one feel more like a 'family member' than a patient. l like the fact that many in the office tend to be young and recently trained, which means that they are up to date on the latest techniques and practices. I also like that Dr. Nguyen's medical training goes beyond dentistry, giving him insight into related conditions that another dentist might miss. I highly recommend Fallbrook Mission Dental for all of your dental needs.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

While my wife and I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for years, I felt particularly well cared for on my recent visit during the COVID-19 crisis. The entire staff was well-prepared, with the proper procedures in place to keep patients safe. I was met at my car, where my temperature was taken and a brief questionnaire was administered. Social distancing was clearly in place in the office. The entire staff had on the proper gowns and PPE. Many surfaces were covered in plastic. Posted On: 07/31/2019 This is a 5 star dental practice. Dr Nguyen and his staff are cordial, kind and very skilled. Dr. Nguyen always greets us with a friendly smile and handshake. My husband and I have been patients since Dr. Nguyen opened his practice. Our experiences have always been positive. Recently I had a broken tooth; I called the doctor's office and was told to come in right away. Doctor examined my tooth and said I would need a crown. Fortunately he was able to prep my tooth that day. He was careful to ensure my comfort. We have the utmost confidence in Dr Nguyen and highly recommend Fallbrook Mission Dental.

Posted On: 07/31/2019 Most amazing dentist ever! My sister moved to Wyoming but still waits until she is in California to get dental work done so she can use Dr. Nguyen! I have never had a problem and when I have my teeth cleaned, they take me in at exactly my appointment time. I got new insurance and had to use a dentist in Temecula, and it was a horrific first visit experience so I walked out. I would rather pay full price with Dr. Nguyen than have work done free with the other dentist I saw. And wait! I even found out Dr. Nguyen offers his own insurance if you do not have coverage. WONDERFUL!
