Posted On: 11/12/2025 I have finally found my forever dentist! I've been going to Fallbrook Mission Dental for over a year now and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. Nguyen (Dr. Justin as I refer to him to my little girls) is so very personable. He always takes the time to fully explain any issues or procedures and will answer any questions you have.
I was there on Monday because I had lymph node swelling and a pus filled bump on my head that was very painful and it was on the same side as my most recent crown which the tooth was severely infected but had went undetected due to no pain despite the level on infection so I wanted tu be 100% sure that the infection had completely cleared and was not the cause of my current issue. The staff took xrays and Dr. Nguyen confirmed that the infection was completely gone. The bump on my scalp was what was causing the lymph swelling and pain which the cause is unknown... probably just a clogged pore. With his prior education in medical school before becoming a dentist, I felt very reassured, especially as I was heavily pregnant when I first started going to his office.
Fallbrook Mission Dental is Family Dentistry at its finest! I am a stay at home mom to three children. One is a toddler and another just a baby. Dr. Nguyen and all the staff are absolutely wonderful with the kids! All 4 of us are happy patients of Dr. Nguyen. :)

From the moment I walked in and got greeted by the front desk staff, to China (dental assistant) being so welcoming and patient, to the Dr who took the time to answer all of my questions and get to the bottom of my tooth issues, it really was my best dental experience ever! I felt heard, and genuinely taken care of. Plus they took my insurance! I definitely recommend Fallbrook Mission Dental to everyone and will be taking my whole family of 6 here going forward. Posted On: 08/26/2025 I am currently being treated by Fallbrook Mission Dental, and I gotta say, they are great. Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and personable. In addition, he's a very excellent dentist. I have to take prednisone long-term (related to an underlying health condition), and it has wreaked havoc on my teeth. Well, Dr. Nguyen, and his team, set me up with a treatment plan and got right to it. We're halfway through the treatment plan, and I couldn't be happier. My teeth look fantastic, Dr. Nguyen really takes pride in his work.
Anyway, I have two more sessions to finish up my treatments, and while I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, in general, I look forward to working with the whole team at Fallbrook Mission Dental to get my teeth looking as good as new, or even better!! I will come back and let you all know how the last two treatments turnout! Until then, I wouldn't hesitate to trust your care to Dr. Nguyen and his team! Posted On: 08/07/2025 Around 2015 I saw a dentist who convinced me to cap a lower molar. For years I would go back to him for a checkup and it was always the same thing, that tooth was high and hitting the tooth above it causing pain. Each time the dentist would grind the cap down a bit more and it would be ok for a while. This went on for years and not only was the tooth getting worse so was my health.
I am 60 years old and always done my best to stay in good physical condition but I was just slowly going down hill and was thinking that, at my age, this is the ‘new normal‘...That was until the Fall of 2021 and I went downhill FAST! My wife and daughters kept telling me, “You need to get to a doctor!” Then one morning in late November I woke up and not only did the tooth hurt worse than ever but the entire gum area was massively swollen and on fire! My wife had been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for some time and he was able to get me in quickly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the tooth had been infected for years from the previous dentist drilling too deep, thus the crown cement leaked into the root. That infection was the years long cause of the tooth being pushed up from below and the deterioration of my health. I was slowly being poisoned by the infected tooth! After much council and consideration it was decided the best move forward was to go with an implant. The precision and perfection that Dr. Nguyen put into the implant is amazing. The tooth is perfect!
The level of care at Fallbrook Mission Dental is beyond outstanding! They REALLY care about you! My wife, daughter and 94 year old mother in law are all patients.
And that “New Normal” I feel better than I have in years! I feel like A MILLION BUCKS!
