Posted On: 02/20/2020 I had 2 crowns and a filling done in one day, and I had a positive, pleasant pain free experience with Dr Nyguen and his staff.
The office Environment is relaxed and very clean. Everyone smiled and explained each procedure well. I feel very confident that I received excellent dental care! Posted On: 02/14/2020 Dr Nguyen is honest and professional, he won’t up-sell or over treat, he is gentle and explains procedures. His staff is also caring and competent. The front office is courteous and timely, answers dental and insurance questions. We’re very happy with our treatment and sincerely recommend Dr Nguyen at his nice and convenient office in Fallbrook. Everyone is friendly and ready to answer any questions and help you anyway they can. Allison is such a sweetheart and always remembers little details about you to bring up in conversation. Posted On: 01/13/2020 Broke a front tooth and veener on Christmas. Call many dentist offices and all were closed till after New Year except for Dr. Nguyen. Asked me to come in right away. Was able to start the crown procedure and walked out with a very nice temporary that remained fixed in place for two week it takes for permanent crowns. Beautiful match of color. Very natural. Done with local anesthetic and really no pain. Staff are all friendly and very professional. Dr. N said if there was any problems with roughness or bite just call to come back in for corrections. I never feel pressured into any treatment. I get texts, alerts or calls from the office for reminders. Which is great! I told him that I had a gag reflex and he and his assistant adapted their technique so that I felt comfortable the entire time I was in the chair.
