Posted On: 07/01/2019 My whole family including wife, kids, brother and parents have been going there for the past 4 years. We are very happy with their services and Dr. Nguyen is super friendly. Their staffs will take the time needed to explain the procedures and have taken very good care of us. I would highly recommend this office for any dental work needed. Allison cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job, she was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I don't write many reviews but had to because this place is the best. Posted On: 06/11/2019 My 3 children and I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a year now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Alejandra always coordinates appointments around my fluctuating work schedule, and Dr. Nguyen always accommodates any last minute changes. My children love Dr. Nguyen, and are very comfortable with his warm and professional nature. I would not recommend any other dentist, nor pediatric dentist, in North County. He is the best! From front office personnel (Alrjandra ) who bugs me all takes the time to show up on my appointments 😁😊 care of my scheduling and Caroline , Susel, Floor ...the DA's....tooth fairy, without them, my set of teeth won't be as good and healthy. Posted On: 05/31/2019 I called Dr. Nguyen's office for an emergency appointment and was seen within a few hours. The receptionist Alejandra was very kind and the entire office so accommodating once I told them of my situation. I have a special needs child and getting away is very difficult for me. Even though I was a walk-in they were squeezing in, I was able to get full x-rays, a cleaning by Allison and a full exam with Dr. Nguyen. I had been having some problems with my teeth that I was very concerned with and Dr. Nguyen made me feel very comfortable, empowered and informed. I didn't mind the wait, it took about two hours from start to finish, and I watched movies in between (mom break). The whole staff were kind, patient, and experienced. They are very familiar with moms and families and the challenges of getting proper dental care. We even discussed bringing in my special needs child for care and different approaches they can take and have worked with in some of their current patients. I will be bringing my entire family here. This is the kind of one on one, family care practice that I have been searching for. Thank you Alejandra, Allison, Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff for your help!! Posted On: 05/22/2019 We have been traveled many national park over the years. But we have not visited Zion, Bryce, and Arches yet, finally we accomplished our goal last month. Our committed dental hygienist Caroline recommended to hike Angels Landing in Zion. We tried to climb for the first time, we went up about one hour and saw the group of hikers climbing on the rocks intimidated me especially with phobia of heights. We thought about Dental hygienist Caroline and Dr. Nguyen at Fallbrook. We are so lucky to land at the Angels of Dental care in Fallbrook after trial a few dental offices prior to land at Angels of Landing in Dr. Nguyen’s office.

Posted On: 05/02/2019 I scheduled an appointment with Dr Nguyen for xrays, new patient exam, followed by a filling. I found childcare and showed up for my 3pm appointment. The receptionist, Alejandra, was quite cold. I got X rays, a new patient exam, and while waiting for the dentist, the hygienist offered a cleaning. I accepted, thinking if I would be waiting anyway, why not? After the cleaning, the dentist said there wasn't time for the filling that day. I was bummed, but didn't make a big deal about it.
I pointed out a pain in my tooth and Dr Nguyen said if the pain continued I would need a root canal, despite having no decay/cavity on that tooth.
A few days later I scheduled my fillings (again) and mentioned to the receptionist that my tooth was still bothering me, but I wanted to fill my fillings on the other side of my mouth. I made my appointment for 10 days out, eager to get my cavities filled. The day before my appointment, the receptionist called me and said Dr Nguyen canceled it, until I see a root canal specialist. I asked if I could keep my appointment if I see the specialist next week and she said no. I was reluctant to go through with the root canal after speaking to a different dentist. Knowing it makes the tooth weaker, I didn't want to make a big decision like that, especially since the dentist seemed to unsure about it. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to him and she said no. I asked her to please ask Dr Nguyen to call me back to discuss it and she rudely said 'fine, bye' and hung up. And hour later, the receptionist (Alejandra) called back and said Dr Nguyen will not be following through with my fillings and I'm rephrasing but basically said the dentist would not accept me as his patient. I felt upset that I'd waited so long for the fillings I needed and hadn't gotten them, paying for childcare without getting what I'd gone for, and for the dentist using a year of Xrays on one appointment. Apparently a 'new patient exam' is a very long and expensive appointment that my insurance only covers once per year. I had to find a new dentist and legally, dentists need to do a new patient exam before any treatment. Though I did email my X rays from Dr Nguyen to my new dentist, he did think they were clear enough so we needed to do new ones again. Paying for all this out of pocket was so expensive, thanks to Dr Nguyen dropping me after taking all my insurance benefits. Luckily my new dentist said he could cover the cost of the x rays. The interesting thing is that during the appointment with my new dentist, he looked at my X rays (that he took) and said there actually was a cavity on the tooth that was bothering me and a root canal was not necessary. After all that with Dr Nguyen, I did not even need a root canal! Between Alejandra being the most cold rude receptionist I've ever encountered and Dr Nguyen not even giving the courtesy of a call back to cancel me as a patient and using all my benefits (not to mention bring wrong about a cavity was there), I could not recommend this office to anyone.
