Posted On: 06/10/2020 While my wife and I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for years, I felt particularly well cared for on my recent visit during the COVID-19 crisis. The entire staff was well-prepared, with the proper procedures in place to keep patients safe. I was met at my car, where my temperature was taken and a brief questionnaire was administered. Social distancing was clearly in place in the office. The entire staff had on the proper gowns and PPE. Many surfaces were covered in plastic. The office Environment is relaxed and very clean. Everyone smiled and explained each procedure well. I feel very confident that I received excellent dental care! Posted On: 01/16/2020 I've never had a better dental experience than I have with Dr. Nguyen and his staff! The receptionist is welcoming and knowledgeable. You can really tell the hygienists enjoy their job. Most importantly, Dr. Nguyen really knows what he's doing! He's very professional, yet personable, and explains what needs to be done very clearly. My most recent dentist before this left me with fillings that made my teeth ache for over a year. The work I just had done only a few days ago feels completely normal, as if they are good as new! Posted On: 01/13/2020 Broke a front tooth and veener on Christmas. Call many dentist offices and all were closed till after New Year except for Dr. Nguyen. Asked me to come in right away. Was able to start the crown procedure and walked out with a very nice temporary that remained fixed in place for two week it takes for permanent crowns. Beautiful match of color. Very natural. Done with local anesthetic and really no pain. Staff are all friendly and very professional. Dr. N said if there was any problems with roughness or bite just call to come back in for corrections.
